Please don't tell me to upgrade the servers. Or unless MS used to sell Office 2010 that way but quit for Office 2013. I have no problem paying full dollar for Office 2007/2010, but where can I find legitimate copies? I do not trust eBay because I cannot afford to get stung, even once, by some fake key or counterfeit disc. The immediate issue is that they occasionally need new computers, and this means Office 2007/2010 or bust. Virtually all of them are single-server environments where the migration from SBS2003 to Server 2012/Exchange 2010/2013 will require completely new hardware and be expensive and painful (yes, now I wish I had never heard of SBS 2003). The problem, of course, is that Exchange 2003 component is incompatible with Outlook 2013, and any migrationįrom SBS 2003 requires a completely new server. That, in itself, is not a problem, since it is holding its own very well for many of my clients. I have a problem: SBS 2003 that just will not go away.
